Educational Travel for Teachers

In the summer of 2009, the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh took 11 educators to Europe for two weeks.  While abroad, the teachers visited Brussels, Vienna, and Bratislava to learn more about Europe and the European Union.  Here are some of their thoughts from the trip.

"I've come to think of the World Affairs Council as a blend of a really terrific graduate program and Cheers (television show), because everyone knows your name AND they know what they're talking about!"

 - Award-winning teacher, Cindy McNulty, Oakland Catholic High School
