The World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh has identified a number of reputable web sites—ranging from governmental and non-governmental organizations to news sources and beyond—that represent a broad spectrum of issues and views pertaining to international affairs.  Of course, as a non-partisan educational organization, the Council is not responsible for their content and does not endorse any views expressed in those sites.

The Council has also highlighted a number of organizations and programs related to international affairs education.  This will be of special interest to educators.

The World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh is a member of a national association, the World Affairs Councils of America, comprising 85 councils across the U.S. so that you can stay engaged when you travel.

In addition, the Pittsburgh region boasts several international communities and a large number of service organizations related to the region’s many international connections, all of which are part of the GlobalPittsburgh initiative.
