Global Affairs Interactive Network
The Global Affairs Interactive Network (GAIN), hosted by the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh in collaboration with South Side Area School District, is a ground-breaking teaching tool which brings world class speakers to students directly to their classrooms, or their iPods. |
GAIN can be used for in- and out-of-class assignments. GAIN can be used as a discussion point, with teachers talking to their students about the topic, or students can blog assignments on the online message board. For more information or access to the site, please email Christina Unger, Education Program Manager, at christina@worldaffairspittsburgh.org. |
